Special inner angled pattern design to improve water drainage efficiency for excellent handing on wet road condition.

NS – 2R

Using the latest tyre technology, the new NS-2R boasts massive performance for both road and track. Available in a growing size range from 13” up to 18”, the NS-2R is not a tyre to be overlooked by anybody looking for high performance rubber. Available in two compounds Track (soft) and Street (medium) there is an NS-2R to suit everybody’s performance tyre needs.
The NS-2R is the control tyre for race championships such as the English and Scottish Compact Cup, 330 Challenge, Tegiwa Civic Cup, M3 Cup and MaX5 championship, the NS-2R is proving very popular in the pits and amongst driving enthusiasts.
Whilst most track tyres only have one thing in mind, the NS-2R hosts an array of talents, not only as a fast tyre, but as a consistently fast tyre, lap after lap come rain or shine. The tread design also gives the driver the confidence to drive to and from a race meeting or track day in dry or often wet conditions without the need to change tyres at the event.

NS – 2

Two central circumferential grooves design can efficiently direct water away and enhance superior wet handling.
Computer simulated V-shaped drainage sub-grooves increase resistance to hydroplaning at high speed running through deep water.
Two-in-one pitches and variable width tread profile help to reduce pattern noise and provide a quieter comfort ride.
Shoulder edge sipes ensure even and prolonged tread wear.

AS – 1

In order to get the better drainage efficiency, two straight broad grooves are applied on the outside. To enhance the safety on the wet ground, the stream in the middle groove is used to accumulate the water with the assistance of fine sipe bar to divert the eater for safer drive.
To increase cornering force on the outside, the shoulder high rigidity pattern to strengthen cornering force and enhance the steering ability.
Unique straight grooves on the shoulder make the whole tread more rigid and prevent it from irregular wear.
The evenly thin sipes reduce the road impact and enhance the comfort when driving.
In order to get the best silent features, the tread pattern is using two-in-one and multi-pitch design.

RX – 615

Four straight broad grooves offer drainage efficiency and upgrade the safety on wet ground
The sub-straight grooves on the shoulder reduce the rigidity and prevent uneven wear happens.
Multi sipes design reduces the rigidity of the tread and enhances the driving comfort.
The lateral groove design curbs the generation of pattern noise.
The pitch is designed with 5-pitch computer simulation to provide quiet and luxurious driving experience.

AT – 5

Zigzag grooves can provide friction on all terrains including muddy, gravel or snowy roads, and also enhance the tire driving ability on rugged and rough roads.
Interlocking central blocks design can increase the tire stability on rugged and tough roads.
Stepped wall design on central sub grooves expel the gravel by the step edges while tire rolling. It also prevents the lodged stone from cutting the blocks.
The prominent bars on the bottom and wall of the grooves on tread shoulder discharge the clobs and stones lodged in the main grooves.
Connection bars design between blocks reinforce block stiffness and prevent irregular tire wear.
Tread compound with high level of silica enhances driving stability on snowy roads.

Two straight broad grooves & arc sub-grooves design can enhance drainage efficiency and prevent from hydroplaning.
Noise prevention bar on the shoulder groove can reduce the pattern noise.
The blocks with sipes make the block stiffness feasible, and improve the premature tire wear and riding comfort.

MT – 1

Tire tread pattern design is aggressive and ruthless.
The multilateral curved block of tire shoulder design provides traction in multiple directions when driving.
The interlayer tire shoulder design effectively provide undeniable traction to bite gravel and mud sand when a tire drivers on a poor road surface, thus increasing the maneuverability of the tire when driving on poor road surface.
Its 50% groove area ratio design provide excellent traction ability on rugged road and enhances the ability to remove sediments on muddy roads.
Groove bottom is designed to prevent stones and pebbles from getting stuck to the auxiliary grooves. The slim design is applied to the central part of the protruding bar, and coordinates the multilateral tread pattern block design, building for adventure looks.
The coherent design of tire tread and sidewall deliver the aggressive and rough style of the tire.
Extending 47% ratio section-height design of tire shoulder pattern block provides extra traction ability when tire tread is unable to touch the ground.
A 6mm difference in tread depth provides the sidewall extra traction ability.

CW – 20

Optimal lateral grooves reduce the noise generated from air consonance and increases riding comfort.
Four-straight grooves ensure driving safety on wet ground.
Shoulder rigidity enhancement prevents from irregularly wearing and is suitable for long distance driving.
Sipes on the bottom of shoulder grooves keep tread soft and riding comfort in terminal wearing stage.

CW – 25

Zigzag grooves decrease pattern noise and provide more comfortable drive.
CW-25 is a new generation commercial tire which emphasizes on endurance and wear performance ability.
Special tread compound increases mileage.
The excellent pattern design enhances rigidity to provide the best loading capacity.

CRS

Two broad circumferential grooves on inner tread(sea/land ratio:26.5%)
paired with larger angle of groove side wall and round groove bottom
angle
can provide excellent drainage efficiency and further enhance wet
performance.
Outside tread shoulder design resembling slick racing tire can supply
lateral grip for ensuring excellent handling ability when ultimate driving
on cornering on and off the track.
Micro circumferential groove design on intermediate tread contributes to
heat dissipation when aggressive driving.
Optimized profile design increases tire contact patch and further
enhances grip performance.
New cap compound with increased heat generation(fast help to reach
operating temperature) can promote dry and wet grip performance.
New sidewall compound with unique fibers can enhance stiffness,
supply excellent supporting ability and lower heat generation.
